I hope you and your families are healthy and are surviving these tough times. Whether you are a parent juggling work and homeschooling, or a business owner worried about the impact COVID-19 is having on your financial well-being – or both - these months have, no doubt, been trying for all of us. It’s hard to believe it’s been more than a month since all of Advance Insurance Consultants,INC employees began working from home. It seemed daunting at first, but I can proudly say that we haven’t missed a beat. We are continuing to service existing clients, add new online functionality, and meet with our customers, albeit virtually. From Business Insurance, and Workers comp to Auto and Home Insurance, we are open for business. Our existence depends on you prospering in your own business and personal life. I hope and pray that we all survive these trying times. As of today, because of the lock down for non-essential business we are continuing to work from home until at least May 29. In accordance with government regulations and the well-being of our employees at the forefront of decisions, we are evaluating different scenarios to reopen or work more efficiently remotely.
The insurance carriers that Advance Insurance Consultants,INC represents to write your insurance has adapted the new norm also. Almost all the underwriters, Claim Adjusters, Billing Department employees etc., are now working from home. They are also experiencing shortcomings in communication with their insurance agents and their customers. These insurance companies are quickly trying to address these issues and adopting new technologies to communicate with their agents and customers efficiently.
